In this workshop you will explore the power of the media and how this tool has evolved to become a weapon for and against Africa and her people. During this workshop we will critically reflect on the relationship between media and politics, media representation and media for development within the African context. The session will include visual media, interactive discussion and group work with content appropriate to engage 14 – 18 year olds.
